I'm a Creative Consultant specialising in arts and cultural organisations, social enterprises, and purpose-driven brands. I bring a rare fusion of strategic thinking, creative vision, and genuine cultural credibility to help organisations tell authentic stories, build distinctive brands, and create experiences and movements that matter.

As a practicing oil painter and life drawing practitioner, I bring authentic creative credibility alongside strategic thinking. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Royal Society of Arts, I combine rigorous strategy with lived experience of founding and scaling social enterprises.

A lifelong champion of equality, I actively advocate for women in the spaces where they are underrepresented or just plain invisible. My work in gender equity, particularly in the male-dominated beer sector, has earned industry recognition, including a Fellowship from the Royal Society of Arts. In 2017, I founded Women On Tap CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to addressing sexism and the barriers women face in beer, and championing women working in the industry.

An award-winning beer writer and a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers, I was elected as a Director of the Guild in 2023 and became Deputy Chair in 2025.

Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, I work across the UK and internationally, combining strategic consultancy with activism to drive meaningful change.
