I am a gender equality activist, writer, speaker, and an accomplished communications leader and marketing consultant.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I have worked on marketing projects with SME founders, senior teams, and boards across a range of sectors, including FMCG, charities, and the arts, with a well-established passion for the beer industry - both professionally and personally.

A lifelong champion of equality, I actively advocate for greater women in the spaces where they are underrepresented or just plain invisible. My work in gender equity, particularly in the male-dominated beer sector, has earned industry recognition, including a Fellowship from the Royal Society of Arts. In 2017, I founded Women On Tap CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to addressing sexism and the barriers women face in beer, and championing women working in the industry.

An award-winning beer writer and a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers, I was elected as a Director of the Guild in 2023.

Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, I work across the UK and internationally, combining strategic consultancy with activism to drive meaningful change.
