Filming in Wales

Last week we were in Wales at Tafarn Yr Heliwr with This Film Production filming for the third in a series of three short documentary films about community-owned pubs.

This trip required a long Sunday drive in the rain, but it was so worth it to get to amble along the sunny Wales Coast Path before breakfast on a Monday morning.

We loved our time at this pub and the warm Welsh hospitality. Our busy filming schedule included visiting the community garden and meeting the local volunteers that look after it; joining in a Welsh language learners event; meeting lots of locals; interviewing committee members, staff and regulars and learning all about Welsh culture, Nefyn and the history of the pub itself.

This is another driven and passionate community that has come together to fight for their local pub and bring it back to life.

Changing things for the better in the places you love takes action.

We can't wait to share their story.
